Book your Service Provider

 Please note that at SLASH, each of our stylists is an independent contractor, and therefore, prices may vary depending on the stylist you choose. It is important to review the price differences and be prepared to pay upon arrival. For a shampoo and blowout, please book with a cosmetologist (Nio or Megan). For clients who have booked a Licensed Braider (Olivia, Nina, Alyssa)  kindly arrive for your appointment with your hair already washed and blown out. If you have booked a Cosmetologist, you have the option to get a wash and blow out with your service.  Hair is included with certain services and service providers, so please review the service description to determine if you need to bring your own hair. To ensure your appointment is not cancelled, please confirm your appointment beforehand. We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment, as tardiness of more than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling. Thank you for choosing SLASH for your hair care needs. 

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel or address any concerns regarding your appointment, please contact your designated service provider directly. It is important to note that our stylists operate as independent contractors within our establishment, and they have the autonomy to manage their schedules. Same day cancellations will result in a 50% charge for services, while no shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. If you cancel your appointment on the day of or the day before, any deposit paid will not be refunded. Please ensure that all fees are paid before booking another appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, it will be considered a cancellation and you will need to reschedule. Our cancellation policy applies regardless of inclement weather conditions, as we prioritize your safety. However, if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, this policy will not apply. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so please reach out to us if you believe our policy is unfair. Your card will only be charged if you cancel or fail to show up for your appointment.
